There is a massive storm hitting the country and I have not seen so much destruction occurring throughout my region ever. My brother and my sister are in U.C.C _{(University Cork College)} college and it has been shut down for the entire week because most of it has been flooded. My sister cannot go to the gym and all the essays and tests they were going to be getting for the next 7 days have to be called off.
It's rather freaky too that I cannot drink water from the kitchen tap because it has been contaminated and hundreds of people are buying freshwater and even candles too, just in case the power goes out in the city. We have a damm near the town and lots of water is in it. More water has been released and it is possible that there could be a power-out throughout the city. I don't how that is possible though..


As for my school, I am not sure how it is at the moment because we got a day off on Friday. But on Thursday, the weather was really really bad. It was so bad that we were not allowed outside the school for small lunch. During classes, we had an announcement from the Vice Principle saying that we had to close the windows of the front school, since the gales were so powerful, it was possible for them to snap off.

As for me, it is rather interesting to see all these series of "Unfortunate Events" occurring. If the weather gets REALLY bad, It might be possible to take some pictures of the results. If I manage to get them, I might decide to show you how it is. Apparently, it has been one of the wettest November ever. And they are saying it is supposed to be very warm this Winter which means for me, no Snow!

My hiking trip also had to be cancelled too
